My wife and I originally purchased our radon mitigation system through Thrasher Basements. We received notification that Iowa Radon Defense Northwest was taking over we were hesitant. We had an issue with our fan, making an odd noise. I called and the staff was super friendly. They were able to transfer my warranty by just giving my name and address. They got a crew scheduled out quickly. The crew arrived on time, was very patient, explained the process and exchanged my fan for me. The office followed up after that to make sure we were happy, and taken care of. Best part, is it did not cost us a thing because of the awesome 10 year warranty! We are VERY happy with Iowa Radon Defense Northwest.

Rusty and Dakota did a great job with our install. They were thorough and efficient at their job. 

My daughter is a nurse, I developed a cough in Fall 2019. She stated she would like me to go through test to make sure it was not something more serious. I was diagnosed with COPD and never smoked a day in my life. My doctor mentioned Radon in my home and I was shocked. After doing a charcoal test in my home, I received my levels back at 33 and was in complete shock. I looked up companies and found Iowa Radon Defense Northwest and gave them a call. They were quick to get someone out given the levels I had in my home. Tony was so nice and professional. He explained everything in detail and made sure I understand what services they offered. I found to have high humidty in my home as well. The crew came out in May and installed air quality products in my home including a radon mitigation system. They walked me through everything when they were finished and showed me how everything worked. I already feel better air quality. The system is quiet and hardly noticable. I checked by breathe EZ filter after 3 weeks and could not believe the dirt and dust that it had collected. We were very pleased with our tech Andrew! He was very friendly and efficient. He visited with us about our plan and answered our questions. He cleaned up after himself which was a plus!! Would definitely recommend Radon Defense to anyone! We give them a 10/10!!
