Radon Mitigation System for a Home with Complex Foundation Needs

This project requires a customized three-point radon mitigation system to address the home's layout and potential radon entry points. Two extraction points will be installed in the HVAC room, with a third placed through the concrete block wall on the opposite side. The system will vent through the back of the house. Additional work includes installing a sealed sump lid, lining a small crawlspace above the sink area, and sealing accessible sections of the waterproofing trough around the home's perimeter. Because some waterproofing areas are inaccessible behind drywall in the living room, complete sealing cannot be guaranteed, and no warranty applies to that portion of the work. Together, these measures are designed to help reduce radon exposure and improve indoor air quality.
