Amy Legvold, from Oskaloosa, Iowa, is the Customer Experience Coordinator at Iowa Radon Defense Northwest. She brings over 10 years of leadership experience from managing a veterinary clinic, where she oversaw daily operations, staff, client communications, and compliance, all while fostering a positive and efficient work environment. Amy holds certifications in Business Management and Medication Management and now leads the Des Moines office, focusing on customer excellence, scheduling, and supporting our Project and Design Specialists.
New to the role, she’s inspired by NRD’s culture of diversity, innovation, and transparency. Outside of work, Amy enjoys traveling and outdoor activities along with her husband Carey, who is also our Project Specialist!
